The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highway (Yorkshire and Humber) (No.7) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath 25.5/1/1 at Amotherby, in the Local Authority of North Yorkshire. This is to enable development as permitted by North Yorkshire Council, under reference 21/01530/MFUL and ZE24/00332/73M.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5139). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 26 March 2025.
