Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held via Microsoft Teams, on 25 March 2025 at 11.00 am, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Lewis (IP No. 24710) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 10th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AG and Christopher Ratten (IP No. 9338) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Landmark, St Peter's Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
