The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (North West ) (No.7) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped western part width of Deyes Lane at Maghull, in Sefton. This is to enable development as permitted by Sefton Council under reference DC/2022/00375.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/5922). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Maghull Town Council, Maghull Town Hall, Hall Lane, Maghull, L31 7BB.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 March 2025.
