Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 October 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 February 2025, I, Wayne Elson McLaughlin, 55 Inverness Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 9DU, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Wayne Elson Clarke and assumed the name of Wayne Elson McLaughlin.
