SHERIDANS

The Partners of Sheridans, a firm of Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, give notice in accordance with the above Act that they have, with effect from 31 March 2025, commenced the dissolution of the Partnership following the transfer of the whole of the business and undertaking of the Partnership to Sheridans Solicitors LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England and Wales under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, and Company No OC453624. As of 1 April 2025, all existing and new business of the former Partnership will be conducted by Sheridans Solicitors LLP.
