This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Paul Joseph Webster, c/o Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, Kent, TN28 8LH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held on 9 April 2025 at Bridgewood Manor Hotel, Walderslade Woods, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9AX at 11.30 am. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
