The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under sections 247 and 333(7) of the above Act entitled “The Diversion of Highway (West Midlands) (No.23) Order 2023 Variation Order (No.20) 2025. This authorises the variation of The Diversion of Highway (West Midlands) (No.23) Order 2023 by altering the line of the diverted route to enable development as permitted by The Secretary of State for The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, under reference APP/R1845/X/21/3283420.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk by quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5613. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at at Wyre Forest District Council, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7WF.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 03 April 2025.
