Notice is hereby given that on 24 March 2025 a petition was presented to Greenock Sheriff Court on behalf of Safe As Houses Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC514186) and having its registered office at Cottage 13 Praise Road, Quarriers Village, Bridge Of Weir, Renfrewshire, Scotland, PA11 3SX (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff Varney by First Deliverance dated 1 April 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given
