Notice is hereby given that on 2 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by Andrew P. Orr (Decorators) Limited craving the Court inter alia that Andrew P. Orr (Decorators) Limited having its registered office at Suite 33, Atrium Business Centre, North Caldeen Road, Coatbridge, Scotland, ML5 4EF be wound up by the Court and that Gordon McIntyre and George Lafferty of McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 250 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4QY be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (AIR-L8-25) dated 2 April 2025 appointed the said Gordon McIntyre and George Lafferty of McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
