Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to APAX EUROPE VI-A, L.P. a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP009868 (the “Partnership”), that:

1. CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc., transferred 28.50% of its interest in the Partnership, including 28.50% of its capital contribution to Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 14 Plume LP;

2. CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc., transferred 22.75% of its interest in the Partnership, including 22.75% of its capital contribution to Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC;

3. CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc., transferred 5.75% of its interest in the Partnership, including 5.75% of its capital contribution to Ivy Hill Equity I LLC;

4. CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc., transferred 5% of its interest in the Partnership, including 5% of its capital contribution to ASIF Equity I LLC; and

5. CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc., transferred 38% of its interest in the Partnership, including 38% of its capital contribution to Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC.

As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership:

1. Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 14 Plume LP;

2. Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC;

3. Ivy Hill Equity I LLC;

4. ASIF Equity I LLC; and

5. Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC.

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:
