Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that New York City Employees’ Retirement System transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-9 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014065 (the “Partnership”), to SP Greenwich Acquisitions L.P. and as a result of such transfer, SP Greenwich Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and New York City Employees’ Retirement System ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
