Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that GCP V GP LLP has transferred its entire interest as general partner of GCP Fund VI LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023869 (the “Partnership”) to GCP VI GP LLP. As a result of the transfer, GCP VI GP LLP was admitted as general partner of the Partnership.
