Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Global Equityvest III Limited transferred 100% of the interest held by it in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (4) Inc. As a result of such transfer, CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (4) Inc. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Global Equityvest III Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
