Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Entrustees Alpha Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Needley Family Trust has transferred its entire interest in SC Founder IV LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL016982 (the “Partnership”) to Michael Needley (the “Transfer”). As a result of the Transfer, Entrustees Alpha Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Needley Family Trust has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Michael Needley was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
