NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA

Company Name: LEWIS RESIDENTIAL LIMITED

WHEREAS Lewis Residential Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC681790 was dissolved on 14th January 2025; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Lewis Residential Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between Xafinity Pensions Trustees Limited as trustees of the XPS SIPP re Graham Downie (100979-1) and the said Lewis Residential Limited, ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as 37 St Stephen Street, Edinburgh, EH3 5AH which lease is constituted by missives of offer of lease by Gillespie Macandrew LLP on behalf of Xafinity Pensions Trustees Limited as trustees of the XPS SIPP re Graham Downie (100979-1) to the said Lewis Residential Limited, dated 13th October 2021 and 1st November 2021 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 4th February 2022; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Lewis Residential Limited came to my notice on 22nd January 2025: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown's whole right and title in and to the Tenant's interest under the said Lease.
