The company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors are required, on or before 5 June 2025, to send to the Liquidator of the Company, Richard Hunt of Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, their statement of claim together with documentary evidence of that claim in accordance with Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018.
