Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 October 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 March 2025, I, Lucy Alexis O'Farrell-Follos, 30 Barleyfields Road, Wetherby LS22 6PN, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lucy Anne Follos and assumed the name of Lucy Alexis O'Farrell-Follos.
