Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on  14 April 2025 Tahir Gozel transferred the whole of his capital interest in Cinnamon Care Homes II Limited Partnership (the Partnership), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP018952, to Callison Green Technology FZE, a company registered in Dubai with registered number 134634 whose registered office is at WS Number B34BS33WS022, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 14 April 2025 Callison Green Technology FZE was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in respect of the limited partnership interest referred to in the foregoing sub-paragraph and with effect from 14 April 2025 Tahir Gozel ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
