Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 February 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ward-Jackson who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ward-Jackson and assumed the name of Ward-Jackson.
