Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that SEDCO Capital Global Funds transferred its entire interest in Actis Latin America 3 "S" LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013192 (the “Partnership”), to Atwill Holdings Limited. As a result of the transfer, SEDCO Capital Global Funds ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Atwill Holdings Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
