Notice is hereby given that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Forest Reproductive Material Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 which will come into operation on 1st January 2003.
