Seeds (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 S.r. No. 407

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made the above Regulations under sections 1(1), 1(2A), 2(2) and (4) of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965.

The Regulations will come into operation on 29th January, 2003 and may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
