Application for Variation

DRD Water Service has applied to the Chief Inspector to vary Authorisation number 0161/01A which authorises the operation of a sewage sludge incinerator at Belfast Waste Water Treatment Works at Dargan Road, Belfast BT3 9JS. The application for variation refers to the installation of a second sewage sludge incineration stream at the site adjacent to the existing facility.

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Environment and Heritage Service, (address as above), within 42 days from the date of this advertisement. All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
