THE HOUSING (NORTHERN

IRELAND) ORDER 2003 (S.I. 2003/412 (N.I. 2))

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. The Order makes provision to deal with anti-social behaviour in housing estates; to introduce a discretionary grants regime for private sector housing; to enable the Housing Executive to provide caravan sites for Travellers; to set up a registration scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation; and to cover a variety of miscellaneous housing matters.
