Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 8th day of May 2003, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 11th day of June 2003, James Joseph McKelvey of 30 Carwood Park, Glengormley, Newtownabbey, in the County of Antrim, Single man, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the former name of James Joey Coote and assumed the surname of James Joseph McKelvey.
