The Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 SI 1885 (NI 14)

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2002 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. The Order makes provision for the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland of certain sums for the service of the year ending 31st March 2004 and appropriates that sum for specified purposes. The Order also authorises the use for the public service of certain resources for that year and sets limits on the use of accruing resources in the year ending 31st March 2004. In addition, the Order authorises the use of excess amounts of resources in respect of the year ending 31st March 2002 and repeals two spent enactments.
