The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made the above Regulations under sections 1(1) and (2A) and 2 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965.
The Regulations came into operation on 1st September 2003, and may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
