The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, has made a Statutory Rule entitled Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003.

The Order was made on 21st October 2003 and comes into operation on 12th November 2002. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2003 No. 458, are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
