The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965, has made a Statutory Rule entitled Seed Potatoes (Tuber and Label Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.

The Regulations were made on 21st October 2003 and come into operation on 15th November 2003. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2003 No. 457, are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
