Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, S.I. 2003 No. 2902 (N.I. 15)

Notice is hereby given that, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1), Her Majesty has made the Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. The Order makes provision for introducing statutory employment dispute resolution procedures, industrial and Fair Employment Tribunal reforms, a questionnaire procedure for use in equal pay cases, a right to time off in relation to the functions of union learning representatives, and a power permitting the Certification Officer for Northern Ireland to appoint one or more assistants.
