The Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 493). The Rule, which is made under powers conferred by the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, makes provision related to the introduction of a new waste management licensing system and comes into operation on 19th December 2003.
