Change of Name of Child

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18th day of June 2003, and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on the 14th day of August 2003, Audrey Carlisle as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Ryan Richard Carlisle, Ross Dillon Carlisle and Megan Leigh Carlisle, the children, single and a Commonwealth citizen, abandoned the surname of Hutton and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Carlisle.
