In the matter of James D. Elliott, Civil Engineering Contractor residing and carrying on business at 51 Kinallen Road, Dromara, Dromore, County Down, BT25 2NW, under the trade name of Elliotts Contracts (otherwise known as Elliott Contractors), Bankrupt.

Note:- The above-named obtained an automatic discharge from the proceedings on 1st October 1994.

A first and final dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter.

The last day for receiving proofs from creditors is 9th January 2004.
