Change of Name of Children

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th November 2003 and enrolled in the Royal Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 30th December 2003, Joanne Donaghy the legal guardian and mother of Michael James Donaghy and Connor John Donaghy, the children, single and Commonwealth Citizens abandoned the surname of McLeod Barriskell and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Donaghy.
