Primary Medical Services (Northern

Ireland) Order 2004 [2004 No. 311 (N.I. 2)]

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Primary Medical Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2004. The Order makes provision for legislative changes to allow implementation in Northern Ireland of the new contract for the provision of general medical services by GPs.
