Notice is hereby given by a Deed Poll dated the 21st day of January 2004, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 6th day of February 2004, Kathryn Ann Elizabeth Woods as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Victoria Elizabeth Ethel Woods a child, single and a British Citizen, abandoned the surname of Beattie and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Woods.
