The Solvent Emissions Regulations

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on it by Article 4 of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, the Department of the Environment has made the Solvent Emissions Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004. The Regulations complete transposition of EU Directive 1999/13/EC on the limitation of volatile organic compounds in certain activities and installations.
