The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 3(1), (4) and (6) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1984, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Seed Potatoes (Levy) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

The Regulations were made on 27th February 2004 and come into operation on 29th March 2004.
