QUEEN’S BENCH DIVISION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS (which are intended to be enrolled at the Central Office of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland) that I, the undersigned James Hugh McMullan of 2 Hillfoot Street, Belfast, married, civil servant now or lately called James Hugh Watton, a Commonwealth Citizen.
WITNESSETH AND IT IS HEREBY DECLARED as follows:-
1. | I absolutely and entirely renounce relinquish and abandon the use of my said former surname of Watton and assume adopt and determine to take and use the surname of McMullan in substitution for my former surname of Watton. |
2. | I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds, and documents and other writings and in all actions and proceedings as well as in all dealings and transactions and on all occasions whatsoever use and subscribe the said name of McMullan as my surname in substitution for my former surname of Watton so relinquished as aforesaid to the intent that I may hereafter be called, known or distinguished not by the former surname of Watton but by the surname of McMullan only. |
3. | I authorise and require all persons at all times to designate describe and address me, by the adopted surname of McMullan. |
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto subscribed my Christian or first names of James Hugh and my adopted and substituted surname of McMullan and also my said former surname of Watton and have affixed my seal this 24th day of November 2003.
