Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 18th March 2004, Sarah Ramona Boyd, as having the parental responsibility on behalf of Melissa Ashley Boyd, a child, single and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Morrell and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Boyd.
