APPLICATION FOR AUTHORISATION

Swan Rock Quarries has applied for an Authorisation from the Chief Inspector to operate a mineral process at Cortreasla Road, Crossmaglen, Co. Down BT35 9ED.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge at the following addresses:

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Environment and Heritage Service, (address as above), within 42 days from 23rd April 2004. All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
