Forestry and Plant Health

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Seed Potatoes (Tuber and Label Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004.

The Regulations were made on 4th May 2004 and come into operation on 1st September 2004. Copies of the Statutory Rule (SR 2004 No. 207) are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
