Notice Is Hereby Given that by a Deed Poll dated the 16th March 2004, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on the 18th March 2004, Patricia Caroline Jane McKenna as having parental responsibility on behalf of Callum Lachlan McKenna, a child, single and commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of McKenna-Horn and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of McKenna.
