Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 2nd March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 7th May 2004, Lisa Corrigan, as having the parental responsibility on behalf of Natasha Louise Corrigan, a child, single and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Murray and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Corrigan.
