SPECIFIED DISEASES (NOTIFICATION) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2004

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(3), 10(6), 19(f) and 60(l) of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, made on 1st June 2004 the: Specified Diseases (Notification) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

This Order will come into operation on 9th June 2004.
