THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2004

“The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 which amends the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and the Industrial Pollution Control (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 to take account in Northern Ireland of the derogation of the United Kingdom from European Parliament and Council Directive 94163/EC of 20 December 1994 on the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations. Copies of the Rule are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop.”
