Take Notice that by Deed Poll executed on 17th day of December 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on the 29th day of December 2004 that Kieron Thomas McAleenan, c/o Stewarts Solicitors, 3 Regent Street, Newtownards, Co Down BT23 4AB, single, absolutely and entirely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of his former surname of Kane and assumed, adopted and determined to take and use the surname of McAleenan in substitution for his former surname of Kane.
