APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT

Conexpo (NI) Ltd has applied for a permit from Belfast City Council to operate an Installation for the Loading and Unloading of Small Coal at Herdman Channel Berth, Herdman Channel Road, Belfast Harbour Estate, Belfast.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge, at The Health and Environmental Services Department, Cecil Ward Building, 4/10 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BP

Written representations about the application may be sent to Belfast City Council at the Cecil Ward Building, 4/10 Linenhall Street, Belfast within 42 days of the date of this advertisement.

Note: Any representations sent to the council by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so placed. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating only that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
