Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 58(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR on Friday 4 March 2005 at 2.30 pm for the purposes of laying the Joint Administrative Receivers’ report before the meeting and, if thought fit, to establish a Creditors’ Committee.

Creditors are entitled to vote only if:

a)	they have delivered to me at the address shown above, by no later than 12 noon on Thursday 3 March 2005, written details of the debts they claim to be due to them from the company, and the claim has been duly admitted under the provisions of Rule 3.12 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991; and
b)	there has been lodged with us any proxy which the creditor intends to be used on his or her behalf.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting.
