Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965, has made a Statutory Rule entitled Seed Potatoes (Crop Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.

The Regulations were made on 23 March 2005 and will come into operation on 14 April 2005. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2005 No. 156, are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
